Peachtree Hills Place recently unveiled it's Design Studio, setting a new standard in offerings for seniors. The facility includes a Kingswood model home on one side and inviting offices on the opposite side, where members can meet with professional designers to personalize their homes.

"The studio will facilitate and efficient process that allows members to customize their homes exactly to their liking." said Andy Isakson, managing partner with Isakson Barnhart, a developer of residential communities for seniors ages 62 and up that offer on-site health care.

The model home, decorated in the Old World style helps buyers visualize the possibilities and make selections on included and upgraded features.  Among the available options in the master suite are two walk-in closets, separate vanities, private toilet room with emergency pull cord, Jacuzzi tub with walk-in door, and a roll-in shower.
